How to Secure Your Trip

We require a deposit to reserve your date. Final payment is typically due the day of your trip, unless otherwise arranged.

Make Your Deposit

Deposits can be made securely via:
 

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx)
     

  • Cash in person (with prior arrangement)

Feature Title

Final balance can be paid:
 

  • In cash (preferred)
     

  • By card (subject to processing fee)

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following:

  • Cash (preferred for balance payment)
     

  • All major credit/debit cards

Please note: A small processing fee may apply to some digital and card transactions. We’ll let you know your total before any charges are made.

A deckhand will be on all trips. Trip totals do not include gratuity. Suggested tip is 20%.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. We aim to be as flexible and fair as possible.

Deposits:

  • Required to hold your booking
     

  • Deposit is $200
     

  • Applies toward your final total

Cancellations:

  • Weather-Related Cancellations: If an event is canceled due to weather, it will be either rescheduled or fully refunded.
     

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or can be transferred to another date.
     

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit, depending on the circumstances.
     

  • General Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least one week in advance to qualify for a refund or date transfer.

There are no hidden fees. Every private charter includes:

You bring your personal items (food, drinks, sunscreen, etc.), and we’ll take care of the rest.

All fishing gear, bait, ice, and fishing licenses (for fishing trips)

Coolers and ice for your catch or drinks
